Commission a study to determine if High Speed Rail could be built as a subway using eddy currents and supterconductors.

Created by L.H. on February 05, 2013

Commission a study regarding the feasibility of installing superconductivity high speed subway system underneath the current rail system. If feasible creating a Public Works Project to build the system providing a boost to the American Economy, improving our National infrastructure, reducing traffic obstruction, and increasing the efficiency of our transportation system.
Superconductive High Speed subway system would be used for transportation of people, goods, postal services and military equipment potentially faster than air travel. A Modular system could revolutionize the system by a single cart being able to follow along in a larger system and break off at the destination instead of stopping the entire system for that one cart to unload.
The system could provide more multi-uses.
