Most of the issues facing this country are complex and get misrepresented by not actually informing the common citizen about the issues.
Buy using words like “income” instead of “TAXABLE INCOME” when discussing tax rates, increases and cuts. A gross INCOME of $350,000 maybe a TAXABLE income of only $$55,000 so when told "taxes" will go up on those making over $250,000 first reaction is NO MORE TAX!
The birth control issue if stated as employers of the “Public” instead of all employers could have framed the conversation better.
Discussions and statements always assume a deep knowledge base and understanding on every topic which most Americans don't have time to get.
I am not talking about more information but better choices of wording and framing.
