As a Common Indian im asking Hon Amercian President and Congress to declare pakistan as a state sponsor of terrorism

As a brother of 18 Indian Soldiers those who killed in Uri attack and a common man of 1.25 billion people ,i am asking Hon President Obama,all Members of Congress and People of USA to declare pakistan as state Sponsor of
Terror,because we suffer a lot we lost more lives of Our Mothers,Sisters and Brothers and Child .Thank You
