1) I propose a law that would make them criminally negligent if their improperly secured weapon is stolen and later used in a crime.
2) Close the "Gun Show Loophole". This allows people to buy & sell without a license or background check at gun shows.
3) Warning on graphic-violent content letting people know this is for entertainment purposes only, if under 18 something to the effect of talk to a parent, counselor, or 800 number if you have questions.
4) Conceal carry permits a part of owning a gun. This includes a hands on class where you have to demonstrate safety first! If you miss anything on safety; you fail. Must retake every 3-5 years, similar to a drivers license.
