Simply amend the Constitution to continue the mission to provide fair and equal representation to We the People of the United States of America. The text shall include:
Section I.
In all elections of public office, the cost becomes the responsibility of the State and district wherein the election shall be held.
Section II.
No paid endorsement nor impartial advertisement for elections of public office shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.
