1. Biometric registry, thus your gun can only be shot by you (similar to laptop biometric log on).
2. Mental Health expansion: many of our mentally ill are homeless, unemployed, in prison or self-medicating (and may gain access to guns).
3. Manufacture registration: guns are test-fired at the factory, micro-grooves/fissures are in each bullet: you only need to log ONE in a database, thereby tracking the life of a gun from the point of origin. Taken anyone's 2nd Amendment Rights yet? It won't make us 100% safe, but something is far better than NOTHING.
