Implement the following two gun control initiatives.
1. Background checks on all gun purchases (stores, gun shows, over the internet).
2. Denial of gun purchases to any one on the terrorist watch list, is a felon, guilty of any domestic violence, has a restraining order, hate crime, or has chronic diagnosed mental health issues.
