Establishing that with firearms there comes great responsibility.
1. End all gun show and private sales of firearms.
2. Extensive fee-based background checks and waiting period prior to firearm purchases.
3. Mandatory extensive safety training and testing prior to
owning any firearm. Training is specific to purpose and
each kind of firearm. A fee is assessed for such
training.
4. Mandatory training, testing, and licensing to transport
a firearm, not limited to concealed weapons.
5. Mandatory annual licensing/permit fees to own a
firearm and to purchase ammunition or components.
6. Mandatory locking/storage regulations and site visits/audits to assure the same.
7. Mandatory comprehensive liability insurance.
8. Restrict certain types of firearms.
