Common Sense Gun Law, one to end gun violence. Guns with Camera's

I propose a gun law that says EVERY gun is required to have a camera on it, that takes a picture and saves it, every single time the guns trigger is pulled, so that ALL bullets are accounted for. Possibly even a video camera, that records when the gun's safety is turned off. No more lethal force arguments. IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE A JUSTIFIABLE KILLING, the picture/video has to back your story. If there is no picture or video, it's can't be justified, and you have broken this law. You’re at the shooting range? Great! EVERY BULLET ACCOUNTED FOR! Hunting? Great! Nice Buck! EVERY BULLET ACCOUNTED FOR! You're a soldier, fighting in combat? EVERY BULLET ACCOUNTED FOR. Defending yourself because you fear for your life? Shooting rampage? Every bullet accounted for.
