Common Sense Gun Law Reform

Created by J.H. on December 18, 2012

The Second Amendment of the Constitution, as passed by the Congress in 1791:

“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

A strictly interpreted Constitution would mean that Americans are entitled to own muskets. Every other type of firearm manufactured today or after 1791 should then be open to regulations or restrictions as the American people see fit.

Please sign this petition today and expand our national discourse on common sense laws that protect our citizens and especially our children.
