1) National "Full faith and credit" for any state's CCW license, just like a drivers license gets.
2) Suppressors and SBRs no longer classified as an NFA item. No tax stamps or wait times. Sold over the counter by FFLs like any standard firearm dealer purchase, according to their legal status in the various states.
3) Re-open the machine gun registry. New MGs should be created/registered in the same way SBRs currently are.
4) Lift the GCA "Sporting purposes" requirements and other import restrictions. (Begin importing Norinco again etc)
5) Repatriate caches of US-sourced surplus as it becomes available, and put it on the civilian market. This applies to Garands and whatever else
