Communicate with Chinese government to make Chinese people possible to watch any kind of Japanese animation

Please, our big friend, the president of United States, Uncle Barack Obama, read these below!
Recently, Chinese government prohibited many Japanese Animations like Ansatsu Kyoushitsu(the Assassination Classroom), and restricted us to comment it.
So we have to visit the original website of Whitehouse (here), and tell you all about it to look forward to your reply.
We think Ansatsu Kyoushitsu is just a regular animation for teenagers under 18, but they don't think so. This animation is about a mutant but lovely teacher called Koro-Sensei. This lovely teacher came to class 3-E, and taught his students many things about love and kindness.
We really couldn't understand why Chinese government want to do that. Perhaps they don't want us to protest Chinese education because it is inferior.
