Communicate with the Japanese Government to include Cartoon Child Pornography as a Crime

Currently in Japan, child pornography in cartoons are legal. These include disturbing drawings of children being sexually abused. There has been a case where a 40 year old child predator showed a 10 year old child one of these cartoons, and decieved her to make it think it's normal, and then sexually molested her in Japan. There is no doubt with the the America-Japan Entertainment trade that some of these cartoons make their way to the United States. Recently, a Japanese cartoonist claimed that banning cartoon child pornography would "hurt the entite industry." This is disgraceful and we must work with our ally Japan to get them to ban these sickening, disturbing cartoons. It will no doubt prevent a few cases of child sexual abuse.
