Require all local and national law enforcement agencies in the United States, all 50 States, to have access to international dialing so they can assist residents from their jurisdiction with any necessary assistance and guidance, even if their victimization is "out of their jurisdiction" and area. It is the requirement of police, not civilians, to do their job and to serve and protect all citizens. After cases are closed, the local police have the power and authority to assist their residents in gaining access to their records, they have the right to that access.
In Fair Lawn, NJ, the local police do not have international dialing in their police department and when necessary communication had to be made to South Korea police departments; the police were not able to do their job.
