Require able bodied recipients of welfare benefits to work within their communities. Many cities across America are falling apart and have a shortage of funds and/or resources to accomplish simple tasks such as cleaning trash from our roadways, graffiti removal, etc. This would not only provide all Americans a better place to live but would also assist our financially distressed Nation.
