Commute the Life + 30 sentence given to Charceil Kellam, a non-violent drug offender, for distribution of cocaine base.

On Sept. 6th, 2006, Charceil Kellam, after refusing to accept a plea bargain, was sentenced to life in prison plus 30 years by the U.S. District Court in Western Virginia. She was charged with participating in a conspiracy to distribute 50 grams or more of cocaine base in Winchester, Virginia. She is a non-violent criminal. Her role in the distribution of the controlled substance is questionable. All of her legal remedies have been exhausted. We ask President Obama to consider commuting Ms. Kellam's sentence as it is representative of the injustice given to non-violent drug offenders.
