With the understanding that Pfc. Bradley Manning had pled guilty to 10 of 22 charges laid against him, and that the military court has found him not guilty of aiding the enemy, and in the interests of government transparency - upon which this president ran and won - we urge President Obama to commute Pfc. Manning's sentence to time served.
