Commute the sentence for Billy Joe Collins who received a sentence of 262 months for a non-violent drug charge.

Myself and the rest of my family request that Billy Joe Collins have the remainder of his sentence commuted. He was convicted of conspiracy drug charges. He received a 262 month / a more than 21 year prison sentence for a non-violent crime in which no one was harmed. This type of punishment is cruel to all of the family of anyone who has been so harshly punished for such a minimal crime. We ask only that he have his sentence commuted as time served and be released.
