Companies to prove it was for their sincerely held religious beliefs and not for monetary reasons when they cut benefits

Created by T.B. on July 05, 2014

Since insurance is part of the compensation for working , any company that has cut their insurance benefits because of their sincerely held religious beliefs would be required to raise the pay of their employees to compensate for that loss. If they do not do so within a month , they have proven that their religious beliefs have absolutely nothing to do with cutting those benefits and everything to with money and they lose the right to cut benefits or to ever claim a religious exemption for anything ever again.
