Compel AG Eric Holder to formally address rampant corruption & institutionalized racism in U.S. lower courts, NYS courts

Within, especially, the New York State Unified Court System, there is a core of biased Judges/Attorneys who are using their positions of authority, access to vast judicial resources, and oftimes the law itself to "pick and choose" who gets justice, and who is denied said justice. There is a "Quid Pro Quo" system at work, as well as an undercurrent of institutionalized racism; a favoritism towards Caucasian/Jewish parties, and a fundamental deprivation of the Constitutional rights of both Pro Se (Self-Represented Litigants) parties, and indigent parties unable to defend themselves or prosecute legitimate civil cases within the 300-ring circus comprised of the NY Civil Courts, the Appellate Term, and the NYS Appellate Division, et al. AG Holder needs to mandate a real review in New York City
