Compel all work done with the Executive branch be done employing the System International (SI)/Metric system.

Much money and time is wasted translating from English Imperial Measurements and the System International (SI) or Metric system. By insisting that all transactions done with the Executive Branch comply with the SI, we can reduce the cost of doing business with our international trade partners and compel private industry to move forward should they wish to continue doing business with the Executive Branch. This would not remove the choice of private industry to remain on imperial measurement but it would allow the US government to vote "yes" on the metric system and to move forward with the international standard.
