President Obama initiated programs to help home owners that are suffering. The banks and mortgage service providers as well as Fannie May and Freddy Mac have done little to alleviate even a fraction of those in trouble. I put a $170,000.00 down payment on this home and the value has plummeted. My job changed affecting my income. I sought a little help. GMAC as my server and Fannie May have not worked with me in any way and have done more harm than good. Please put Elizabeth Warren or the President on their heels! The economy will never recover if the massive amount of home owners that put down earnest money and are now hurting don't get some help.
