We the undersigned believe Bill Maher made a solid contractual offer to Donald Trump, that he would donate $5 Million Dollars to charity if Mr. Trump presented his Birth Certificate.
In good faith, Donald Trump has complied, and Bill Maher is attempting to back out of the deal.
Since the offer was made on National TV, it is under the jurisdiction of Federal Law, and it is now time for the Justice Department to compel Mr. Maher to uphold his end of the bargain.
