We hereby recognize that filling out job applications is a daunting and grueling task in and of itself. One which requires patience, precision, oratory, work... as such, employers should be forced by law to provide some sort of workers compensation to any individual who fills out a job application.
With no guarantees that an application process will even see result, and still many of times have to go in for a one on one interview. Workers should at least be safe in the knowledge that for their initial efforts, they can expect to see a small buff of cash coming to them by mail.
