For far too long has the Harlem Shake been confined to the 1% elite of the continental United States. It is time for the Obama Administration to recognize access to the Harlem Shake by Brooklyn-based producer extraordinaire Baauer (aka Harry Rodrigues) as a universal human right, and proliferate beyond these shores to expand international cooperation and the principles of the Obama Doctrine.
To this end, we appeal to this current administration of the great nation of the United States of America to exercise its considerable foreign policy influence over the sovereign peoples of the island nation of United Kingdom, and compel the cast of Downton Abbey to perform the Harlem Shake, in full period costume, with the Countess Dowager Grantham leading the charge.
