Compel Compliance of Background Companies to Provide Applicant Copy,& Apply statute of time limitation of 3 yrs to check

Compel Background Companies to comply with providing applicants with a same copy of their background check used in obtaining employment that was provided by the Background Check Company to the Employer. In addition, make a statute of limitation of 3 years upon the background check company to go back on and check. In order to provide those who have paid their dues and completed their debt to return to society with an equal opportunity to be employed and a productive member of society with a responsible means to provide to their family and children.
