Our forefathers setup a system of Checks and Balances so that no branch of our Government could become too powerful and form a Tyranny. Refusing to allow a president to nominate a Supreme Court Justice is not only unprecedented, it fundamentally erodes the very foundations of our system of checks and balances.
Compel Congress to do it's job and process the current Obama administrations Supreme Court Justice nominations. Preventing a president from nominating a Supreme Court Justice has never before happened and is letting one branch of government hold hostage another.
