This Petition is on behalf of Nigerians who are all Stakeholders of the Anti-corrosive Special Paint Invention. Exxon Mobil being the first beneficiary refused to pay royalties and resorted to perverting Justice at various level of Nigerian Courts in order to avoid payment of royalties worth over $40 Billion.
The funds will go through the King Clement Foundation and Patentees Foundation and will be used for proposed Social Security Scheme that will put an end to Poverty and also see to empowerment of Nigerian youths through different job creation programs.
We call on President Obama and the United States Government to intervene and compel Exxon Mobil to act responsibly and honorably by paying up Royalties
