For many of us, Facebook discussion, commentary and feedback has become an integral component of our daily routine. It is a necessary means of gathering and disseminating the information that we use to make the most important decisions in our personal and public lives. New media is constantly reshaping how we conduct policy debate in America. It is time for me, and the rest of the citizenry of the United States, to have the option to "dislike" the status updates of that guy I knew in college who keeps posting about how Ted Nugent is an American hero. He's not a hero--he's a dick. Please sign this if you'd like to see the Obama administration use it's influence to compel Facebook to grant us, the American people, the power to dislike as we see fit.
