I am a witness in the matter regarding Joshua Aaron. I know he didn't do it. It was someone else, that other agencies know about, but will not come forth, so I am coming forth. I am asking this, because of collateral damage.

This I know, because I was ordered to execute him for his crimes, which the CIA has no jurisdiction in.
