AT&T is blocking its customers on unlimited data plans with iPhones and iPads from accessing Facetime over cellular in a punitive attempt to get us to switch to limited, tiered data plans (for which they of course unblock Facetime). This is in clear violation of net neutrality laws. They say that we have agreed to this practice in the terms and conditions, but the terms and conditions clearly do not supersede federal net neutrality laws. The FCC needs to step in and enforce the law.
