Whereas, the Florida State University logo is loved by Seminoles of all ages,
Whereas, the Florida State University Student Body and Alumni did not call for a change in the aforementioned logo,
Whereas, the new logo is an embarrassment to the Florida State University and her Athletics Department, therefore
WE THE PEOPLE OF THE SEMINOLE NATION HEREBY ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.The President is authorized to use all necessary and appropriate force against those nations, organizations, or persons he determines planned, authorized, committed, or aided in changing the Florida State University logo, in order to compel FSU to readopt the 1990-2014 logo.
Section 2. These powers shall remain in effect until the 1990-2014 logo is readopted by the Florida State University.
