COMPEL THE GOVERNOR OF MICHIGAN TO ACT ON THE HUMAN RIGHTS CRISIS IN FLINT

Created by C.D. on January 26, 2016

The ongoing human rights crisis in Flint Michigan has gotten out of control.

On Thursday, January 21, 2016, the US EPA sent an order to the Michigan gubernatorial office demanding both administrative and qualitative action to be taken in regards to the human rights crisis in Flint Michigan. On Friday, January 16 President Obama pledged an additional 80 million in federal funds for the crisis in flint. In a letter to EPA the governor basically told the US government to mind its business.

It is becoming increasingly clear that this governor does not care about the underprivileged people of his state.

Lets ban together in asking the administration to suspend all aid in kind (block grants, loans, subsidies) to the state of Michigan until such time that the governor begins to fix Flint.
