Compel Governor of NYS to remove all barriers from the NYS WTC Presumption Law and award 9/11 heroes disability pensions

The current NYS World Trade Center Presumption Law has particular barriers, which make members both active and former members of the NYPD seek court remedies under the presumption for their acts and illness 's September 11, 2001. We hope the President will compel the Governor of NYS to remove all and any barriers the law may have, and allow ALL who served during the tragic events of 9/11 to receive a fair chance to receive such a consideration for a pension and that Procederual Due Process be allowed to exist. No barriers should exist under this very important law. I ask for everyone's consideration
