Justice Antonin Scalia has publicly displayed racism toward African Americans. This overt racism has eliminated the ability of All Americans to have any faith in the process of the Supreme Court. This petition is to compel the House of Representatives to begin impeachment proceedings and remove a racist from our highest court.
While reviewing a case involving race based admissions in Texas, Scalia promoted the idea that African Americans would be better in ... "less-advanced school, a less — a slower-track school where they do well". These can not be the words of someone whose gavel affects us all.
Please work with the House of Representatives and do the right thing. Scalia's continued time on the beach is an injustice.
