COMPEL HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES TO INVESTIGATE AND CENSURE/EXPEL MEMBERS RESPONSIBLE FOR VIOLATION OF U.S. CONSTITUTION

Created by J.M. on October 17, 2013

We the people, demand the House of Representatives launch a full investigation and subsequent to that investigation, issue a resolution censuring and/or expelling any and all House members who acted deliberately to prevent legislation from being voted upon and/or passed that would have avoided the Government Shutdown and near default of October 17, 2013. The actions of these Representatives have caused grave harm to the United States of America and are in full and direct violation of Sec 4 of the 14th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.

AUTHORITY: The United States Constitution expressly provides at Article I, Section 5, clause 2, that: Each House may punish its Members for disorderly Behavior, and, with two-thirds concurrence, expel a Member.
