This was a civil matter, that ended on the courts record, in the presence of Judge Harold Gaither, December, 1995. An Affidavit was legally "Revoked”, to a female neighbor, Wanda Jean Knolland, in open court that stopped all access to her in my daughter's life. Weeks later, Megan Rachel & Barbara Van Duyne, asked same judge to “End”, my Parental Rights, to just this child. I've lived with this injustice for now 20 years. My daughter was kidnapped by the unlawful interference of the Parent-Child Relationship Pursuant to Provisions in the Texas Family Code, from above said lawyer's, and one male Attorney, Ray Chappelle, who failed to testify in open court that my child was not being "Adopted or Removed" from her Home-State of Texas.
