The Louisiana Department of Children and Family services routinely denies citizens the right to fair hearing. Cases are not processed and complaints are ignored.There is no longer a sign in book in the office.This allows the office to simply claim that documentation was never received. Clients are not contacted for scheduled interviews as well. The governors office does not respond either.
