Compel Nigerian government to disarm the Fulani Herdsmen and end their genocide on innocent Nigerians across the country

For several years Fulani herdsmen have been terrorizing and massacring innocent Nigerians in the north central and middle belt, south east, south west and south south of Nigeria. The number of people these herdsmen have murdered across Nigeria is in the thousands and their lands have been forcefully taken away for grazing and their communities sacked. These herdsmen carry sophisticated weapons and have become more dangerous than the Boko Haram sect. The government has not shown political will to stop these people or disarm them or indeed bring them to justice. We call on the United States and the entire international community to put pressure on the Nigerian government to stop the ongoing genocidal acts on Nigerians by the Fulani herdsmen.
