we the undersigned, petition the Obama administration to compel MGM or other owner of 1986 film "RAD" to release said film on digitally remastered DVD and or BLUE RAY format. this is so younger generations would be able to enjoy this piece of art, also it is in the interest of public health, as it would help motivate many young people to take an interest in bicycles instead of video games to help combat childhood obesity.
