I purpose that the US Military be held financially responsible for the proven unlawful separation (Illegal under Federal Laws, supreme to all Military Law) of service members.
- Compensation of 100% of the remainder of the discharged service member's contract, at the rate of one pay grade higher than separated.
- Prosecution of all members of command responsible, to the fullest extent of the law.
