Compensate all former members of the US Military, who've been Unlawfully Discharged from Active Federal Service.

I propose that the US Military be held financially responsible for the proven unlawful separation of all service members.
-Compensation of 100% of the remainder of the discharged service member's contract, at the rate of one pay grade higher than separated.
-OR-
-Return to active duty plus back pay of all pay, allowances and entitlements; along with permanent assignment of choice.
-Prosecution of all members of command responsible, to the fullest extent of the law. (10 U.S.C. sect. 884 Art. 84.)
-Investigation of allegations of an Unlawful Discharge to be investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
-Establish a Presidential Lower Enlisted Service Members Rights Complaint Investigation Team.
-Clarify meaning of "Command Discretion" for Leadership.
