Those African-American slaves who are ancestors of American citizens, slaves almost written out of history, who helped to build the United States and who perished years ago, without the opportunity to enjoy the rewards of their work, and those who were suppressed from freedoms, protection and family (through the aid of the United States government) should be honored by the United States at this time by being compensated with 40 acres and a tractor to their descendants.
