The 2nd Quadrennial Homeland Security Review (QHSR) is outlined to occur every 4 years. This review shall include feedback from all security stakeholders including those from the public sector. Once completed the report shall be available to the public and posted on the departments website (ref. Pub.L. 107–296, title VII, §707, as added Pub.L. 110–53, title XXIV, §2401(a), Aug.3,2007, 121 Stat. 543).
In the 1st QHSR a website was made to allow for feedback, www.HomelandSecurityDialogue.org (ref. http://www.whitehouse.gov/blog/DHS-Quadrennial-Homeland-Security-Review ). Once the process completed the report was posted on http://www.dhs.gov/quadrennial-homeland-security-review-qhsr
I brought this concept to Bush as I identified a gap that the public needs to fill, please uphold the law.
