Complete Abolish the Federal Reserve and Place Financial Independence Back Into the Hands of Americans.

This petition calls for the abolishment, by Congress or immediate Executive Order, of The Federal Reserve Act of 1913 (ch. 6, 38 Stat. 251, enacted December 23, 1913, 12 U.S.C. ch.3). We, the petitioners, wish to return all the rights and future profits, from the creation of money to the rightful heirs, the citizens and the U.S. Government. It is outrageous that private banks and the Federal Reserve can create our money and collect interest on it. If we must pay interest on monies created and loaned, let it be the United States of America that receives it, and uses the proceeds to further the interests of it's citizens.
