We the People petition the United States Congress and the Executive to recognize and invoke the Nationality Act of 1952 for all nationals and aliens that are:
1) Enemies of the United States and territories
2) Nation States or regions that are antithetical to the western values of the United States and territories
3) Nation States or regions that are antithetical to the United States Constitution and Bill of Rights
4) Harbor or promote terrorism against the United States and territories
5) Promote jihad, radical Islamic terrorism and/or sharia law within the United States and territories
6) Promote, appoint, vote or otherwise, a Caliphate or Caliph within the United States or territories
Our elected representatives must halt the influx of hostiles into the United States.
