Complete the Hanford Nuclear Storage Facility no matter what the cost to prevent millions of deaths.

So the govt cant finish Hanford nuclear storage facility which has leaked 1 million gallons of nuclear waste towards the Columbia river. If that waste hits the river it could kill the entire east coast of the country. They know for a fact that what they call a ploom is heading towards the river. I move to complete this Facility and prevent further contamination once and for all so that MILLIONS OF PEOPLE who rely on the Columbia river for drinking water aren't killed by radio active poisons. If this administration does not respond to this threat it must be removed from power do to its lack of leadership and ability to care for the people. People who work so hard to only pay taxes to a government that does not care for the safety and health of its people. Millions will die from this.
