Complete an investigation by the CIA, or the US Army to verify the Central Intelligence Agency is in violation.

I went undercover as Captain and sleeper agent for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) in 1972 I was given information regarding the CIA regulations put under hypnoses and told that when I was activated to check files and If they were missing to advise the CIA. I checked for the files and they had disappeared I advised the CIA and their has been no response since I was activated in 1992. I was also told to advise the US Army of this operation, and should they not respond to advise the public through any means possible. The CIA Regulations to this operation state that should the CIA refuse to terminate they will nuke the CIA in every city they are in globally. I have not received a response from the staff of three presidents, perhaps this petition will motivate an investigation.
