In the light of our impending election I ask that the IRS do its best to expedite any audit of republican nominee Donald Trumps tax returns.
Mr. Trump has stated that he refuses to release his tax returns due to IRS audits for multiple years currently taking place. The best way to resolve this impasse is to compel the government to act quickly on this matter.
Perhaps the White House shouldn't interfere in this matter, however I think these circumstances and the overall public interest trump such concerns, and government has an obligation to clear any paths to Mr. Trump providing full disclosure as he so obviously wants to.
Also because the election is so soon, this particular petition should be fast tracked for an answer and/or action IMMEDIATELY if the signature threshold is hit.
