My name is Nicholas Ouma Obilo.I was in York county prison around sometime in 2008.I was a detainee and not a prisoner.My misake was viloation of probation since i was on put on probation for 1 year and some 90days.Since i came to the US on a student visa, i missed school and after three months, an arrest warrant was issued.
When i was in York county prison,I communicated with the president and out of good faith, he sent a petition and i was legal.All i was waiting for was to be released and everyone in the prison knew that.I was then transfered to Clinton Couny Correctional facility.All the correctional officers knew and out of jealousy they had me sent back to kenya.
I believe i was shortchanged.I am a strong christian and attend a church based college daily.THANK YOU.
